Navigation Support Program Drop-In Sessions

Assist residents in understanding the Aged Care system including eligibility, access, assessment and how to find a service provider.
Supporting residents to link in with other agencies including social services, health and community participation opportunities.
Assist residents to become involved in active aging programs.
Arranging activities to support residents be healthy, active and connected.
Assistance with food relief.
Linking Carers to support services and networks
Community advocacy
Delivery of Council’s Disability Access & Inclusion Plan 2021-2025
