JPs can assist residents with the following:

• Attesting the execution of a document.
• Witnessing a statutory declaration.
• Witnessing an affidavit for use in court.
• Certifying true copies of an original document.
• Certifying a person’s identity.

 

Session times: Tuesday 2.30-4pm, Fortnightly.

JPs provide a free, voluntary service and there may be times when they are not available or hours may be affected by public holidays.
No appointments are needed but availability is best confirmed by phoning 5593 2356 before you visit the library.
